When: Tuesday, September 7th, 2010
Where: ‘Round the Office + Client Meeting
What: Dress ($9.99 HoneyChild.Vintage Boutique), belt (Calvin Klein), shoes (Moda)
My Husband: Hey! The 60’s called, and they want their dress back…
Me: Sorry, they can’t have it. It’s mine now, buuaahahahaha! And p.s., save the lame outfit jokes for your students.
I was originally planning to shorten this dress to make it a mini. However, leaving it this length makes it office appropriate. Also, I keep forgetting that I can’t sew, nor do I own a sewing machine. Both of these situations are ones that I plan to rectify by year’s end… I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.
And oh yeah, in case you forgot… check out this month’s vintage necklace giveaway!
so cute and perfect for the office. Love the vibrant colors!!!
I love this dress! I also really like how you tied in the patent leather belt with your shoes. You know, you might want to try that hem tape. All you have to do is iron it on and it’s removable so you could go short and sassy when outside of the office but still tone it down for work! Just a thought….

Oooh, thanks for the reminder! I bought some hem tape a while back and forgot about it. Will do!
Love the print on this skirt, adorable.
