Closet Confection: Jail Break!

I thought Jail Break was an appropriate title for this post since I totally stole this outfit from this chick.  But can you blame me?  You can never go wrong with a black and white ensemble.  And yes, I know that horizontal are generally considered a big no-no, but I think the key to making them work is the width of the stripe (thicker = better).  Also, remember the best $13 I’d ever spent?  Well,  I think this dress just might be a new contender.
