Notice anything salty interesting about my necklace and earrings? Yep, they’re made of pretzels! And boy are they making me thirsty!*
Before you think I’ve completely gone off the deep end, let me explain why I’m wearing junk food for accessories. For my 6th assignment (only 1 more left to go!) in the Jane By Design Style Challenge, I was given several packs of pretzels and told to make something fashionable. So I took my pretzels, painted them with nail polish and made the jewelry you see here.
Stay tuned next week for a healthier option where I turn a head of lettuce into a handbag…

Ha, ha. I am a long time lurker, but I had to comment. I got the Seinfeld reference, so 10 pt for me. It was Kramer’s line (“These pretzels are making me thirsty.”) when he had a small part in a Woody Allen movie. Of course he got fired…lol. I like your creativity with the pretzel jewelry. Very nice.
