The good news is that the temperature finally rose to a “balmy” 40 degrees here in NYC today…
The bad news is that instead of copious amounts of snow being dumped on us, we got ice. Lots and lots of slippery, dangerous ice. There’s was tons of it as soon as I stepped outside my apartment, and I felt like a little old lady as I teetered towards the bus stop and almost fell, not once, but twice! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the memo that my office was closed until after I was halfway there. Don’t you just hate when that happens?
In any case, I went back home, ordered in for lunch and actually had a pretty productive day catching up on emails and making phone calls. On the bright side, I can wear this outfit again tomorrow since I immediately changed back into pjs, fuzzy slippers and a huge fluffy robe as soon as I got home.
I’m in St. Louis, Missouri and we received rain, sleet, ice and snow.
Glad you had a productive day.
Your outfit looks great, love the animal print skirt with the black blouse, tights and shoes.

To walk without sliping, there are some shoe anchors on QVC.com. You always look great.
It seems we have similar “domestic attire”. Except my BF threw out my fluffy robe a few months back in protest to its, ahem, ickiness. I still need a replacement!

Hot stuff! You look great- esp. for it being 40 degrees!
40 degrees is a treat these days!
I love your skirt!
LOVE your skirt! It is so fun. And MJ sunnies are always the best. Glad to meet a fellow remixer, too!
Yeah, these are one of my favorite pair of glasses.
Your style is amazing, and the photo before this — WOW!!! Love the outfit, scarf, and the all-white background. I’m a modern, all-white decor (cold some would say) girl!!! Lovely. Linking you up to my blog list.
Thanks so much! 😀
Look at all that snow!! WOW! and very cute outfit! Yes girl, wear it again tomorrow, no one saw you really! LOL 🙂
I’m sooo tired of looking at the snow at this point, lol.
love this print, looks great on you!!
Ugh! What a bummer! Hey, at least you have a great outfit to repeat! 🙂
It wasn’t all bad. At least I got to stay in for the rest of the day.
Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll have to check those out.
Why thank you!
I just threw out an icky robe too, so don’t feel too bad. My husband got me an AWESOME robe from the Trump Hotel this Christmas. I love it!
Ahhh, yes! I gre up in Michigan, so I’m all too familiar with midwest winters. Good luck!
