{Diane Von Furstenberg Dress thrifted via Beacon’s Closet, Lovely People Sandals, Anthropologie Belt}
Ladies & Gentlemen…
IT finally happened!
What is IT, exactly…?
Well, at work IT usually means Information Technology, but that’s beside the point. No, the IT I’m referring to is far more exciting. And that IT is the fulfillment of my 2-year quest to score a DVF dress while thrifting!
When I used to envisioned the big day in my head, the plunder was typically the iconic wrap-style in a vintage 70s print. However, I have to say that I’m as pleased as punch with this maxi number. I tried to capture as much detail as possible, but pictures do not do this dress justice. It’s made of 100% silk and has quite a bit of weight to it which makes the fabric drape and flow in such a lovely fashion as I walk. And the best part…
IT only cost me thirty bucks!
What a fantastic thrifted find! I love the print of your maxi dress.
:X This might be a little newbie to ask but …What does DVF stand for? (I’m assuming a designers name or something?) Anyhoo, congrats! I love the print. And you definitely styled perfectly.
And don’t say IT! I work right next to IT department in my office. Tough 😛

Super fantastic find. The belt you paired with it is perfect.
Thanks! I was stoked when I realized how perfectly they match.
I am in love with maxis this season! The belt goes so well with the beautiful print of your dress. And it is so worth the two years it took to find!!
