Closet Confection: Young and Sweet, Only Seventeen

So, these are the resulting pics from the photo shoot I told you guys about earlier this week… you know, the one wear I was trying to be all serious and just wound up feeling ridiculous and laughing at myself?

Yeah, that one.

Has anyone ever told you that you look just like someone else? And then you actually see that other person, and you’re like: “What the heck?  We look nothing alike!”

Happens to me all the time… both at work and in social settings.

I find it kind of bizarre actually.  People have even gone so far as to seriously mistake me for the other person or even try to continue conversations with me that we never started together in the first place.

And here I was thinking I was so unique.  Turns out I’m just another fish in a sea of Kendra Doppelgängers.  It hurts the ego.  But maybe I should just look on the bright side and imagine all of the capers and misdeeds I can pull off under the guise of being one of my “lookalikes”.
