For some reason, I felt very First Lady-ish in this oufit. Could it be the ladylike sheath..? The demure handbag..? Perhaps the pearl necklace..? Or maybe it was just my arms of steel – not to brag, but I have been doing pushups each morning for the past month.
i love how michelle has inspired us all to tone up our arms. that is a movement i can get behind! i love her, and this look!
I know! I’ve always had pretty strong arms, but she definitely inspired me to get them back into shape, lol.
Work those arms girl! I love this look and it is very first ladylike indeed! I love the bright orange sheath dress, the satchel and the great shoes as always.
Very ladylike and classy! I love this look and Michelle Obama is such an inspiration!
Love your dress, so classic and feminine. You’re definitely channeling the first lady in this outfit.
i’ve also been doing pushups and even though they are simple, i’ve been getting results! its pretty cool 🙂
Yes, it’s amazing how effective (and TOUGH) they are. But I always feel pretty accomplished afterwards, lol!
This does look like something Michelle would wear…and that is the highest compliment, I think.

A great compliment indeed. Love the her style!
Kind of reminds me of Madmen. The orange is kind of an old school throw back. Very nice.
You’re right, it does remind me of Mad Men. I wish people still dressed like that all the time…
Same here.
This dress looks great on you! It’s just very sleek and classy, I can see where you got the feeling.
I love you in orange. Also like the matching lion skills. Head of State.
This color is great on you!! And you’re right about the lady-likeness of it all.
