I titled this post Crestfallen, but in reality it was a pretty good day when I wore this outfit. I started off with some window drooling shopping along Madison Avenue, swung by Ladurée for those delicious macarons I wrote about yesterday, and finally headed uptown for dinner in Harlem at Red Rooster (they’re mac & greens dish is heavenly!).

yeah, drop waists are sort of hit or miss on me, but this one isn’t too tight in the midsection which helps a lot.
