Happy Monday, Peeps!
Yesterday marked the first official day of summer, and I kicked off the occasion with an off-the-shoulder frock that seems to be all the rage this season. I decided to go full-on boho with a easy hairdo (my signature look as of late) and a pair of lace-up gladiator sandals that I’ve been wearing nonstop.
I also took my new Axiom watch from the lovely folks at Citizen out for a spin. If you follow me on the ‘gram, you know that I had the chance to visit their store in the heart of Times Square earlier this month (and see my name on the marquis!). While there, I learned a lot about the company and the fact that you NEVER have to replace the battery in any of their watches! Can you believe it?! Apparently, they’re automatically recharged by solar power. I kid you not when I say that one of my favorite watches has needed its battery replaced for over 6 months, but I’ve just been too busy to get it done. I still wear it in hopes that it will spur me to get a new battery while I’m out and about, but so far I’ve had no such luck. In any case, I was stoked to learn that I’d never have to deal with that with my new wrist bling… and neither will one lucky reader!

This watch is so chic and classy. It goes with many outfits and i love the bit of gold embellishment. I would wear a couple thin gold bangles with it for an arm party and wear white jeans and a loose white embroidered top.

I love the crisp look of the white with gold here, and can imagine styling it with an all-white look. Love it with your colourful boho pattern — but something about the style of the watch makes me want to go minimal, too!
