Arm Candy + Why I Should Really Start Reading User Manuals

bracelets

{Rugby sweater, vintage skirt, bracelets from Henri Bendel + street vendor, Croton watch}

On Monday, my husband and I went to check out the Capsule Menswear Show where we took some “awesome” outfit shots on the snow-covered rooftop. Unfortunately, I had been playing around with my camera earlier. So when I got home, I discovered the hard way exactly what an ISO setting is.

All of my “awesome” shots just looked like a fuzzy mess.  Fortunately, I did manage to salvage the above pic.  So relax and enjoy it while I dive into my new reading materials from Amazon…

Man, I really should have ordered these sooner.

P.S. Don’t forget to check out this month’s giveaway!

    Talk about learning the hard way! But your wrist was clearly fabulously accessorized, so that means the rest of you was too. 🙂

      Thanks. The funny part is that I wore the outfit two days in a row and still didn’t get a good full body shot, lol!

    We have the same camera, and I have a lot of the same issues crop up. I’ve been trying to experiment and play around with different settings lately, but I probably should just buckle down and read about them myself. From what I see of your outfit, it is pretty glamorous!

      I’ll try and post a cliff notes version if I discover anything useful. I actually felt a little under dressed at the event. Who knew men could be such snazzy dressers, lol!

    I feel you! I’m still working out my camera’s kinks and LOVE reading manuals like these whenever I’ve got a moment. Good luck!!

    Yes! Happens to me all the time. Sometimes I don’t even realize what setting I changed or when it even happened. I too need to take the time to really get to know the piece of equipment I’m using. In the meantime, I’ll just hope to get lucky as often as possible 🙂

    Good Luck!
