I feel like I’m on a roll this week! Planning ahead certainly has its perks…
I initially felt overly dressed this morning because I thought I was just going to sit in the office all day making phone calls and catching up on email/paperwork. But then, one of my networking buddies called me out of the blue and invited me to join him and one of his old classmates for lunch at The Penn Club.
Suddenly I was glad I didn’t decide to slum it at work after all.
Although, who really needs to dress up to hang out with a bunch of U-Penn grads? I mean, it’s not like I was going to the Columbia Club. Now those are some folks that you really need to put your best foot forward with.
But maybe I’m a little biased…
