Have you ever had one of those days when you just cannot decide on an outfit? It happens to the best of us – and usually when you’re in a hurry to be some place. On this particular day nothing in my closet felt right. One hour and ten outfit changes later, I finally decided to go with an all-black sweater, pants and ankle-boots combo. BeforeI dashed out the door (running 15 minutes late!), I had a moment of divine inspiration and reached for this blush pink coat on my way out. My last-minute decision wound up saving the day!

This is definitely one of those outfits that’s chic, but deceptively cozy. I got several compliments on it (including two people who said I looked ‘elegant’), but my little secret is that this dress only cost me twenty-five bucks, and it’s as cozy as a nightgown.
