I’ll be off in San Francisco at Dreamforce for the rest of the week. In the mean time, I’ve lined up a few work outfit posts to keep you guys occupied while I’m away.
Today’s ensemble is pretty much a no-brainer: classic button-down oxford, navy skirt, and heels. I’m a huge fan of classic pieces with a twist. Take this shirt, for example. It’s hard to make out in the photos, but each panel is a different color. I also decided to have fun with my footwear by strutting my stuff in my favorite pink patent maryjanes.

I’m usually all about high heels, but these sparkly little smoking slippers are simply divine. They definitely helped put a little pep in my step as I went about my weekend chores. Speaking of chores, Eric and I are in the process of packing for our upcoming move at the end of the month. We’re just moving down the street from our current place, so it won’t be too big of a change. Nonetheless, things are pretty hectic around our apartment these days. We’re getting more space overall, but I’ll be giving up the walk-in closet that I’ve enjoyed for the past three years. As you can imagine, I’m trying not to dwell on that thought too much.
