When: Friday, October 15th, 2010
Where: Out & About
What: Jacket (Andrew Marc via Century 21), dress (Ted Baker thrifted via Beacon’s Closet), beret (H&M), socky (Juicy Couture via Century 21), handbag (Elliott Lucca via Loehmann’s), boots (Elie Tahari sample sale via The Privé)
I have a serious case of the Mondays, so I’ll keep this post short and sweet.
I love Ted Baker’s elegant, sophisticated designs, so I was pretty pleased with myself when I thrifted this dress at Beacon’s earlier this year.
Similar story with the boots. I love the quality of Tahari suits and office-wear and “just happened” to be in the neighborhood during their sample sale last year where I scooped up these fab boots. They’re uber-comfortable because of the flat sole, but still manage to look chic. I really wanted a brown pair, but they didn’t have my size. Oh the perils of sample sale shopping!
