Where: To breakfast at IHOP (yummy!) and an accidental walk through Long Island City’s Industrial Park when my husband and I got on the wrong train
What: Striped shirt dress, leather belt & bangles (H&M), handbag ($100 Michael Kors via T.J. Maxx), boots ($99 Michael Kors via Loehmann’s)
Yay! The weather is taking a turn for the better again. I was initially wearing a canvas jacket with this outfit, but had to ditch it as my husband and I tramped through Queens. Luckily, we stopped for lemonade before I got too overheated. Even better, we were able to hail a cab to take us the rest of the way home.
