Contrary to what my blog posts may have you believe, I’m often quite the lazy dresser. For instance, one of the main reasons I’m so fond of dresses is that they’re pretty fool-proof when it comes to outfit planning: just add a pair of heels and a few baubles, and you’re ready to go! But now that the temps have cooled considerably around these parts, I’ve unofficially adopted an off-duty uniform of cozy oversized sweaters (the best ones are usually in the men’s department), paired with all manner of skinny bottoms (lean cords and riding breeches are both favorites as of late). In fact, I’ve pretty much worn some version of this outfit 4 out of the past 7 days. To keep things interesting, I’ve been playing with different colors (including a head-to-toe fire engine red look that I can’t wait to show you guys) and textures.
So indulge me, if you will… What’s your favorite go-to casual look these days?
I too have been indulging myself in cozy, oversized sweaters! Add a scarf, beanie, and jeans or leggings and I am VERY happy 🙂 anything to get through the winter, right?
The oversized sweater has definitely become my uniform too 🙂 I love yours and the cute beanie you wore with it!

Jeans, a simple top and sandals. It’s still warm in FL.
lucky you!
These pants are the perfect length and I love the captoe! My go-to is jeans tucked into tall riding boots with a slouchy sweater or blazer/tank combo on top.
