Closet Confection: I Plead the Fifth

Where: Work + Dinner @ Hill Country Chicken

What: Sweater (Rugby, thrifted via Beacon’s Closet), jeans (Forever 21), shoes (BCBG via Loehmann’s), handbag (Forever 21), belt (hand-me-down), bracelet (Forever 21)

As I’m writing this post, it’s 8:30pm on Super Bowl Sunday.  I’m not entirely sure what’s going on, but I’m rooting for the guys in the yellow pants.  Oh wait, they’re all wearing yellow pants…  Ok, I’m rooting for the guys wearing the green and yellow pants (my husband just informed me that those are the Packers of Green Bay).  Go Green Bay!

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m not a big sports fan.  Except for figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics.

    I love this outfit! For some reason, I’ve seen a lot of white today, but this top is easily my favourite…it just looks like one of those great basics that everyone should have. And the floral handbag make me excited for spring to get here already!

    hehehe. LOL at “they are both wearing yellow pants.” I said the same thing. I mean, I knew which team was which, but it’s hard to follow the game when both teams are wearing the same color! sheesh!

    Maybe you’ll get lucky and snag one on sale! I picked this one up at one of those thrift store where you can swap your old clothes for someone else’s.
