{Nine West Blazer, Old Navy Dress, Hue Tights, Zara Boots, Lenora Dame Necklace via HauteLook}
This outfit was entirely planned around my new necklace. I was so excited to receive it in the mail the day before that I couldn’t wait to wear it the first chance I got! I love how from a distance it just looks like a simple beaded choker. But once you get up close, you can see it’s kooky without being over-the-top. I always look for little details like this to add a little flair to my workplace attire.
The last time I wore this dress on the blog, I thought it looked a little pilgrim-y. So this time, I added a tweed blazer to help calm down the colonist vibe.

I love this outfit! That necklace is totally cool. Are those Zara boots good walking shoes? I almost got them but I was afraid they might rub at the back too much after a while.
They are, actually. I got them specifically because I wanted a pair of shoes that I could do a lot of walking in. The don’t seem to rub at the back at all. They are a bit narrow in the toe, so just be aware of that if you have wide feet.
I love your natural hair. Is that a twist or a braid out? Either way, very cute.
