When: Thursday, November 25th, 2010
Where: Thanksgiving Dinner
What: Blazer (Banana Republic), dress (H&M), blouse (H&M), tights (Emilio Cavallini), shoes (Via Spiga)
Happy Monday!
I hope you all had as much fun as I did gorging enjoying themselves this past Thanksgiving weekend.
For your viewing pleasure, I present to you my holiday ensemble.
Even when I’m not going out or having people over, I still like to get dressed up for Thanksgiving. It just makes the day seem more special. I included this dress in my 30 for 30 wardrobe specifically for this occasion.
On a completely random note, I’m not sure what I was doing in this last pic…
But I decided to leave it in since it kinda looks like I’m chasing a turkey.
Gobble-gobble, folks!

Very cute! Ingenious combination! What is the color of the blouse and the dress? I can not recognize them well… anyway I like it very much. Greetings from Italy 🙂
The sun was really bright when we took these photos, but the dress and blouse are both black and slightly sheer.
Kendra, you are such a clever one. Love the little headliners with the numbers. Lush, beautiful Thanksgiving outfit.
i love the pattern of the polka dots in the tights, echoes in the polka dots of the blouse. cute!
That first pic came out so cute! I am loving that polka dot blouse. 🙂
Glad you like it! 🙂
I am definitely loving the layering of the blouse and dress…and the subtle repeat of the polka dot in your tights. Found your blog last night, through…um…ok I don’t remember, no bueno. Anyway…super fun! And I just have to say, this whole 30 in 30 must be frustrating because well, that’s a lot of laundry to do…ugh 🙂
Yes, the laundry is a bit of a pain. And now my favorite skirt is in the dry cleaners, lol! Thanks for visiting! 🙂
I like. VERY feminine. http://idontwearjeans.blogspot.com/

Ooooh, that velvety blazer is divine.
That dress over the polka dot blouse is such a great combination. I love the pleating detail on it. It’s not too structured, it’s just fun.
1. your photo editing skills are killer. i’m totally impressed.
2. love this top. blouses that are sheer & that tie in the front are tow of my obsessions at the moment. great outfit.
Wow, that dress is H&M? It looks way more expensive and has great movement, I totally have to remember to get to H&M more often! Also, I love this blouse under dress/sweater/whatever that you’ve been doing… if only I had a blouse with a tie neck!
This outfit is too cute!! I am such a lover of all things brown and everything about this outfit works!! LOVE that velvet blazer!!
for minute i really thought you were writing “19” with chalk. I’m no genius … 🙂 love this!
