I don’t why, but these sneakers make me feel so sassy every time I wear them (which has actually been quite often because they’re super comfortable).  I admit, I was not feeling the wedge sneaker trend when it first emerged on the scene, but I’ve since become a convert.

What do you guys think about the high-top wedge sneaker trend?

Closet Confection: Snakeskin

Aaaaand the winter chill continues…

It seems like leopard print has been all the rage for the past few years, but recently I’ve become partial to snakeskin.  I scooped this dress up at H&M last year for ~$15, and it was worth every penny.  With a few well-placed baubles and a dramatic coat, you’d never guess that the rest of my outfit cost less than a cab ride.

I definitely see more items of the snakeskin variety in my wardrobe’s future, and below are some of the pieces that are on my radar:

Closet Confection: Can’t Seem to Shake It

Punxsutawney Phil straight up lied! Spring may officially start on Wednesday, but it’s starting to seem like I’ll never be able to put away my boots and puffer jackets. I’ve long grown tired of oversized sweaters and bulky layers, so I’ve turned instead to long-sleeved wrap dresses that hug my curves but still keep me nice and covered. I’m not kidding when I tell you that I pretty much wore this exact same outfit every day last week, but in different colors and prints.

Since I’m a huge fan of no-fuss, no-muss dressing (especially on busy work mornings), I compiled a few of my favorite wrap-style dresses (at different price points)  for your viewing pleasure.  Enjoy!
