Yessir, it’s time for another 30-day outfit roundup featuring just 10 items of clothing. This time around, I decided to give myself a little more leeway with shoes and accessories. In case you missed the first go ’round, here’s a few tips on how you can create your own 10-item capsule wardrobe:

If you follow me on Instagram, then the cat’s already out of the bag regarding my new jacket/fur sweater/pullover whatchamacallit. Whatever the proper terminology, I love it! It’s so warm and toasty and just perfect for holiday parties or dressing up casual weekend attire.
Ever since watching Charade a few years back, I’ve had this image indelibly burned into my brain along with visions of sipping cocoa by the fire in some glamorous ski chalet (‘cuz goodness knows I can’t ski worth a darn). I thought I’d struck gold two years ago when Kate Spade released their version. But sadly, the price tag was a little too steep for my liking at the time. And after numerous eBay searches and fruitless vintage shop excursions, I’d just about given hope of ever finding The One. So imagine my delight when I happened upon this darling little piece (at 40% off no less!) while taking a shortcut to the subway station in Rockefeller Center.
It just goes to show that good things come to those who wait!
