Above is the outfit I wore for Christmas Eve dinner at The Russian Tea Room.  I know, I know… red and green are the traditional Christmas colors, but I received this coat in the mail earlier in that day and was too impatient to wait until Christmas like a good girl couldn’t wait to take it out for a spin.

In other news, I can’t believe this will be my last blog post  for 2012!  I have zero plans this evening other than an early dinner and watching old Dynasty reruns.   Until we meet again, have a safe and happy New Year!

I have a serious weakness for patent leather maryjanes, so it was a no-brainer when I found these beauties on the clearance rack.  The white captoe adds a bit of fun, and I can’t wait to wear the heck out of them.  They’re very lady-like, and the sturdy heel makes them comfy as well.  If black-and-white isn’t your thing, you can also find them in other fun colors (including “omg-oxblood”… aka burgundy) here.
