{Miss Sixty Coat (similar), Rugby Sweater, J. Crew Skirt, Vintage Chanel Brooch via eBay, Hue Tights, Vince Camuto Booties, Fendi FS5141 Sunglasses}
Growing up, no one ever mistook me for a tomboy. Nevertheless, I do like to occasionally dabble in menswear-inspired fashion. Take this skirt, for instance. It’s made from the loveliest mini-check tweed and reminds me a little of one of my husband’s blazers. I was eyeing it for over a month when I finally scooped it up at my local J. Crew for almost half off the original price. After that, it was a no-brainer for me to pair it with soft angora-blend sweater and sleek ankle boots.
LOVING that coat.

I love how you put the Chanel brooch on the skirt! I love the brown check print. So cute.

thanks for stopping by! 🙂
That coat is fierece! And love how you styled the Chanel pin on your skirt, totally Fab. What is the brand of the handbag you had in your previous post, looks very Celine to me.
Thanks! It is a Celine mini in black pebbled leather. It was a recent acquisition, and I’ve been meaning to do a separate post about it but I guess the cat’s out of the bag now. 🙂
Love the coat and the skirt!
