I’m officially on the bell sleeve bandwagon with no signs of getting off anytime soon. The snow has slowly started to melt, so I’m enthusiastically swapping out all my winter coats for fresh and colorful lightweight spring jackets like this one. As soon as I tried it on, I knew I just had to have it. I mean who could resist this fire-engine red show-stopper? Since the coat makes such a statement, I decided to keep the rest of my outfit pretty simple with a striped turtleneck and black stirrup leggings. Speaking of stirrups…
Yay or Nay?
I haven’t rocked stirrup pants since elementary school, but I ran across this picture a few weeks back and couldn’t get the idea out of my head. As luck would have it, I stumbled across a pair on sale a few days later, and the rest was history. So far, I’m digging them and the visual interest they add to my outfits.
